Our Policies

Setup & Takedown

All of our big item’s pricing includes us setting up and taking down.


In order to hold the products for your dates, we will need a 25% deposit paid at the time of booking. The remainder will be due 14 days before the event.

No customer pickup

Sorry, but most of our products require setup. Because of this, we have structured ourselves to be a delivery-only service and require a minimum order of $500.

Cancellation Policy

The customer will lose the deposit but receive a full refund on the remaining balance if the booking is canceled at least 30 days prior to the rental date.

Delivery charges

Free delivery for locations within 15 miles that meet our minimum order, otherwise delivery charges will be applied.

Rental Agreement

A rental agreement will be sent and must be signed before we can hold the products for your date.
